I have been working with Galashiels Hike & Bike Hub for a few weeks now and this is episode 1 of 'Basic Bike Maintenance'. The goal of these videos is to help people who are new to cycling. They will cover the basics when it comes to keeping your bike running smoothly and fixing the most common problems you may encounter.

These videos won't turn you into an expert mechanic overnight but they will give you the tools to boost your confidence when it comes to looking after your two wheeled machine!
